This is to be the no frames showing page......since it's 3am, that'll be later....
This seems to be working fine for Netscape 3.0, but 2.0 doesn't seem to pick up on the tag...
There are a couple of things about frames that the browsers handle differently... You can try changing the frame border color to the same color as the backgound (to make them 'look' invisible), and altering their color and size to give it a different flavor. Such as:
(BORDERCOLOR="ffba5d" MARGINHEIGHT=0 MARGINWIDTH=0 FRAMEBORDER=20 FRAMESPACING=20 for instance), Click here to see this.
or set the border size to (border=0) such as this page.
